Join Hofheimer/Ferrebee Attorneys at The Battered Mothers Custody Conference in Albany NY, Jan 8th-10th 2010

Their subjects include "BootCamp for Battered Moms-Applying The Art of War principles" and "Evidence 101 for the Pro-Se Mom".

Of particular interest will be the comments of lawyer Shannon Lemm and her daughter Taylor Lemm. Shannon not only spent years in the legal system as a protective mother for her victim daughter Taylor; but also, Shannon became a lawyer and now works with the Virginia law firm that represented her in the multi-state litigation. Taylor, now over 18, will speak for the first time about her experience as a child in need of protection and how she viewed the court's involvement in her case.
